Bible Prophecy And Truth

Is it within the realm of possibility that we're past the prophecies of the Antichrist or maybe even past the time of the Millennial Reign of Christ?

past present future

I'm writing this to ask those who believe this is possible to answer the questions listed here, and to give people ammunition to ask unanswerable questions and prove that this can't be true when confronted by people who believe this. If we seriously ask these questions, it's impossible to answer them, which should prompt us to change our mind if we do believe these things...

  1. Satan has set up the world for a FUTURE Antichrist with his exact opposite mirror of Biblical prophecy.
    • Why would the "father of lies", the master deceiver, do this if it had already happened?
  2. Jesus will descend from the clouds, destroy the Antichrist, and take over the entire world for a 1000 years, ruling "with a rod of iron" right after the Tribulation.
    • How did this get wiped from the history books without any stories or legends or myths in any culture or people anywhere in the world?
  3. Revelation ends with prophecy of the New Jerusalem, and New Heavens and a New Earth.
    • Are we really supposed to be living in a time where there's no pain, no sorrow, where God Himself is dwelling among us, and everything is perfect?
  4. There are some specific things that happen immediately after the tribulation, like the gathering of the saints.
    • If the saints have already been gathered to Jesus in the clouds and they were seen by everyone left behind, how could we not know about this? There would at least be some myth's about a massive alien abduction or something passed down from generation to generation.
  5. The Wrath of God comes at the End of the Tribulation immediately before Christ comes to establish His 1000 year rule.
    • When did everything in the sea die, and the rivers turned to blood? When was the Euphrates river dried up for an attack on Israel?
  6. The destruction of antichrist and false prophet (they're cast ALIVE into the lake of fire in Revelation 19)
    • How do you reconcile this discrepancy between scripture and any man of the past that may have seemed like he could have been the Antichrist? When was this man cast alive into the lake of fire? Everyone we know of died and was buried...
  7. Who was the False Prophet?
    • Who was the miracle-working man who supported Titus, or Antiochus or whomever you think the Antichrist was?
  8. Who were the Two Witnesses? These two men had FIRE come out of their mouths to defend themselves!
    • When did this happen? Who were these men?
  9. If Titus was the Antichrist, when did he "confirm the covenant" (Dan 9:27)?
    • If Titus was the Antichrist, is God wrong about what he did and what was prophesied in Daniel?
  10. The early church fathers never indicate that John wrote of events that had already happened in the book of Revelation.
    • If the men living in the 2nd and 3rd centuries did not believe the prophecies had already come to pass, why would we, 1900 years later, believe differently?
  11. The antichrist will implement a "mark" without which no one can buy or sell.
    • When was a system implemented whereby you had to have a mark to be able to buy or sell under Titus or Antiochus?
  12. The KEY to understanding Matthew 24 is Daniel 9 and 12.
    • Since we see this time period and how it specifically says it will be 3.5 years and end with the destruction of the Antichrist which will begin the reign of Jesus Christ, how can this possibly be a thing of the past?
  13. Did some things happen that might be prophecy fulfilled but the historical record has been suppressed?
    • How could we interpret the wrath of the Mighty God and/or the return of Jesus in the clouds with Power and Glory to be these trivial things?
  14. The prophecy in Daniel 2 states that during this final fifth empire's rule, Jesus will return and fill the whole earth, putting down the governments of men and rule forever.
    • What/Who was the empire that succeeded the Roman Empire if Titus fulfilled the prophecies?
  15. Jesus said some things that might mean it was to be during the lifetime of the disciples, didn't He?
    • How do we know this is not coming to pass without our knowledge? What was Peter complaining about that Jesus was rebuking, and why would Jesus tell them it's not for them to know if it was going to happen in their lifetime?

1. First of all, let me ask you a question: Do you think you understand prophecy better than Satan does?

Seriously... Satan is a very powerful fallen angel who is a very intelligent being.

Do you understand that he has created mirrored prophecies that have more than half of the world waiting for the Biblical Antichrist to come in the future???

Take a look at the list of exactly opposite prophecies that Satan has set up to fool the Muslims and the Catholics of the world when the Antichrist comes onto the scene...

theGreatLie
Click this link to see The Great Lie that Satan has created to fool the world!

He has set this up for the FUTURE in order to fool the world. This is because HE KNOWS it is a future event.

And could we be past the 1000 year reign of Christ where Satan is chained up for the duration?

We can't honestly think that Satan is so dumb that he does not know if he's already been chained up in the bottomless pit for 1000 years, can we?

Satan knows prophecy... If he had already been imprisoned for 1000 years, why would he deceive the world with mirrored prophecy expecting the things the Bible predicts about the Antichrist to be in the future, if it had already happened???

Everything Satan is doing today is preparing the world for exactly what the Bible said the Antichrist would do!

This is coming soon... not something that happened in the past!

The question: Why would the "father of lies", the master deceiver, do this if it had already happened?

2. The Bible shows us specifically that Jesus will descend from the clouds, destroy the Antichrist, and take over the world for a 1000 year reign "with a rod of iron" right after the Tribulation.

Rev 19:15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

Believe it or not, some people want us think this has already happened but we don't know about it...

Could the governments of the world have covered this up? So much so that there's not even a myth or a legend passed down from our grandparents? Nowhere in any culture is there any evidence or even a tiny scrap of legend about this happening.

That is literally impossible.

But for the Abomination to have happened, and the Antichrist to have been destroyed by Jesus, He would have HAD TO have set up the millennial reign because the scriptures tell us explicitly that this will happen immediately after Christ destroys the Antichrist and False Prophet. This is when he takes over the world.

I can't even fathom how someone could believe this has already happened and not one single story has survived it...

I mean, the flood was 4400 years ago, and every single culture and people in the world has a legend about a massive global flood. If the Millennium Reign of Christ had happened in the last two thousand years there would be some stories... there would be legends and myths that families had passed down no matter what some governing body had tried to do to wipe out knowledge of it. We're talking about a 1000 year rule of the entire world but no knowledge of it survived? Right. Yeah, sure... ok...

A caveat to this point is that Jesus is going to rule from Jerusalem during this 1000 years, but Israel has been desolate and barren for the last 2000 years! How could Jerusalem have been a place where people are required to visit and Jesus was there in person for 1000 years, but again, we don't know this?

The question: How did this get wiped from the history books without any stories or legends or myths in any culture or people anywhere in the world?

3. Revelation ends with prophecy of the New Jerusalem, and New Heavens and a New Earth

Rev 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea ... 3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.  4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

The question: Are we really supposed to be living in a time where there's no pain, no sorrow, where God Himself is dwelling among us, and everything is perfect?

4. There are some specific things that happen immediately after the tribulation which, remember, is at the Antichrist's end.

A: I suppose it's somewhat possible that the sun, moon and stars went dark but we don't know. Not very possible, and I won't argue this point like I argue that a 1000 year period is not possible, but still, it's not very likely that we would know NOTHING about this if it actually happened.

B: Is it even remotely possible that Jesus appeared in the sky with power and glory as the lighting flashes across the sky, but nobody knows? NO, this does not match what scripture says. Jesus will appear and EVERY EYE will see Him. It's a loud, bright, miraculous event! This is not something that wiping it from the history books could make dissappear... there would be stories, legends, myths in every culture and people around the world.

C: The main thing we see that didn't happen is the gathering of the saints. So, Christ appeared in the clouds of heaven and EVERY PERSON ON THE PLANET SAW HIM, and He took all those that love Him up into the clouds with Him, but we don't know about that either?

Rev 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

1 Thess 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Matt 24:31 And THEN (Mark 13:27) he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

The question: If the saints have already been gathered to Jesus in the clouds and they were seen by everyone left behind, how could we not know about this? There would at least be some myth's about a massive alien abduction or something passed down from generation to generation.

5. The Wrath of God comes at the End of the Tribulation immediately before Christ comes to establish His 1000 year rule, and we're given some very specific things that happen during the wrath of God that we don't see and have never seen.

Every single creature in the sea dies...

Rev 16:3 And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.

The rivers and waters become blood...

Rev 16:4 And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.

The Euphrates river was dried up to make way for the kings of the east to attack Israel...

Rev 16:12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared ... Rev 16:16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon. So the battle of Armageddon where "the kings of the east" came to fight against Israel happened? Isn't Rome due WEST of Israel? How and when did this happen in the past?

So when did all these things happen? The wrath of God has already been poured out on the earth? But we don't know anything about it?

The question: When did everything in the sea die, and the rivers turned to blood? When was the Euphrates river dried up for an attack on Israel?

6. The destruction of antichrist and false prophet (they're cast ALIVE into the lake of fire in Revelation 19)

Dan 7:11 I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.

Rev 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

Titus was not cast alive into the lake of fire... He died in 81AD and his people buried him...

The question: How do you reconcile this discrepancy between scripture and any man of the past that may have seemed like he could have been the Antichrist? When was this man cast alive into the lake of fire? Everyone we know of died and was buried...

7. Who was the False Prophet?

Rev 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

Rev 13:13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men

Rev 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

This man supports the Antichrist and does MIRACLES like pulling fire right out of thin air...

Who was this man? How do we know nothing about this guy if this already happened?

The question: Who was the miracle-working man who supported Titus, or Antiochus or whomever you think the Antichrist was?

8. Who were the Two Witnesses?

Rev 11:3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.

Rev 11:5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.

WHOA! These two men had FIRE come out of their mouths to defend themselves? How did we miss this?

This happens during the reign of the Antichrist... so this happened but nobody knew?

Rev 11:7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.  8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.  9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.  10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.  11 And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.  12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.

The people of the earth feared these men, and when they died everyone rejoiced, and then THEY WERE RESSURRECTED and they ascended up into the clouds...

The question: When did this happen? Who were these men?

9. If Titus was the Antichrist, when did he "confirm the covenant" (Dan 9:27)?

Dan 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Titus did not confirm the right of Israel to exist, and in fact he did the opposite!

He wiped out Israel in 70AD!

The question: If Titus was the Antichrist, is God wrong about what he did and what was prophesied in Daniel?

10. The early church fathers never indicate that John wrote of events that had already happened in the book of Revelation

NONE of the early church fathers documented any of these things as having already come to pass.

The early church fathers never indicate that John wrote of events that had already happened in the book of Revelation. The preterist view was definitely not something adopted early on, and if it were true then the men that lived so close to that time period would have known!

The question: If the men living in the 2nd and 3rd centuries did not believe the prophecies had already come to pass, why would we, 1900 years later, believe differently?

11. The antichrist will implement a "mark" without which no one can buy or sell

Rev 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:  17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

This is exactly what they're trying to do with the vaccine passport.

When did anyone in history do anything of this kind?

Never has there been a man who implemented a system where you receive a mark to prove you're compliant with his system, so that you can buy or sell.

The question: When was a system implemented whereby you had to have a mark to be able to buy or sell under Titus or Antiochus?

12. The KEY to understanding Matthew 24 is Daniel 9 and 12 where it shows us a specific abomination timeframe of 3.5 years!

In Matthew 24, Jesus said the Abomination of Desolation would begin the Great Tribulation, and that He would return in the clouds with power and glory immediately after the Tribulation.

The event Jesus is referring to in Matthew 24:15 is Daniel 9:27 and Daniel 11:31. The Antichrist will confirm the covenant for seven years and will be an abomination to God and will make it (the holy place; the Temple) desolate in the middle of those final 7 years.

Take note of what the end of this prophecy brings:

Dan 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

Each "week" is a week of years, or a 7 year period. The prophecy will make an end of sins and will bring in everlasting righteousness and seal up the prophecy... this will only be accomplished when God abolishes sin and destroys the wicked and sets up His kingdom, which we see in Revelation 20 and 21.

In the midst of the final "week", the middle of the final 7 years, is when this abomination of desolation will happen...

Dan 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Daniel 11 also shows us this abomination of desolation as it gives us details about the time of the rule of the Antichrist.

Dan 11:31 And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate.

The Antichrist will come to his end...

Dan 11:45 And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him.

Daniel 11 is continued into Daniel 12 and gives us the time frame of this event.

Dan 12:7  And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished. 8  And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things? 9  And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.  10  Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.  11  And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.

So Daniel specifically tells us that this event will happen 3.5 years before "all these things shall be finished". (time (1 year), times (two years) and a half (half a year) = 3.5 years, and 1290 days = 3.53 years)

These things are what Daniel 11 and into Daniel 12 just said. It's the time of the Antichrist who will "come to his end", and "at that time", "there will be a time of trouble such as never was". This "time of trouble" is the same thing Jesus is referring to if we continue reading in Matthew 24:15 when He says "when we see the Abomination of Desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet", Mat 24:21 "then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be."

So Daniel and Jesus together specifically say that the Abomination of Desolation will start the Great Tribulation and that it will last for 3.5 years. There is no question that this is so, when we just read these passages and simply believe what it says in black and white.

When we combine this knowledge with Daniel 7, where it again specifically says that the Antichrist will rule the world for 3.5 years. And when he's destroyed Jesus will come and the Kingdom of God will be established.

These scriptures show us that it will be the event in the middle of the final 7 years, and that it will begin the tribulation, which will end at the return of Christ, which is when the Antichrist comes to his end (the end of these things).

This proves absolutely without a doubt, 100% surety, that we know for sure that this is all encapsulated in that final 3.5 years and will happen exactly as we are shown in the prophecies, at the END. It cannot be something that's already happened!

To see more documentation showing all the scriptures that show us this 3.5 year timeline, click here

The question: Since we see this time period and how it specifically says it will be 3.5 years and end with the destruction of the Antichrist which will begin the reign of Jesus Christ, how can this possibly be a thing of the past?

13. Did some things happen that might be prophecy fulfilled but the historical record has been suppressed?

For example, some people claim there is a document of a "vision" written shortly before or during the conquering of Jerusalem around 70AD where he writes that he saw soldiers with armor running around in the clouds.

When Jesus returns in the clouds of heaven with power and glory, every eye will see Him and it will be the triumphant return of Jesus, the Revelation of Jesus Christ, and it will be as the lighting flashes across the sky from the east to the west.

The only way you could possibly believe this was Jesus would be that you're just trying desperately to make it fit your narrative!

And some "universal mud flood" evidence that's supposed to be the "wrath of God"? Same thing. Go look at Revelation 16 and tell me a mud flood could be God's wrath?

The only way you could possibly believe this was the wrath of God would be that you're just trying desperately to make it fit your narrative!

The question: How could we interpret the wrath of the Mighty God and/or the return of Jesus in the clouds with Power and Glory to be these trivial things?

14. What/Who was the empire that succeeded the Roman Empire as it states in Daniel 2 if Titus fulfilled the prophecies?

If these things happened during the time of General Titus, when did Daniel 2's fifth empire come into being??? The prophecy states that during this final empire's rule, Jesus will return and fill the whole earth, putting down the governments of men and rule forever.

There is no way to reconcile the above prophecy with a belief that it happened before the end of the Roman Empire! It's absolutely impossible! There was a fifth empire prophesied! History has shown this is the Holy Roman/Islamic Empires. And Jesus has not returned and filled the whole earth taking over and ruling the world.

15. Jesus said some things that might mean His return was to be during the lifetime of the disciples, didn't He?

Like: Mat 16:28 Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.

I ask you to look at: John 21:22 Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me.

If Jesus' return was going to be in John's natural lifetime, it would also have been in Peter's natural lifetime, right? Why would Peter wonder about this, if it was going to be shortly, and it could be assumed that all of them would be alive when He returned?

So what was Peter complaining about that Jesus was rebuking?

We know that Jesus didn't say "he won't die" but that doesn't mean it wasn't what He meant, either... some tricky wording don't you think? Kinda like the parables He taught with constantly...

Unfortunately we're not given any additional information, but we know that there was a LOT of communication that happened in the 40 days that Jesus was with the disciples after His resurrection. Paul elaborates on some in his epistles.

I want to call your attention to this:

Act 1:6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? 7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.

This was the last thing Jesus said to them before He ascended. It's NOT for THEM! He was talking about the restoration of the Kingdom! They had it wrong, still. And it was not going to be revealed to them.

The kingdom of God was NOT coming in their lifetime!

The question: How do we know the mystery about John and what Peter was asking about is not coming to pass without our knowledge? What was Peter complaining about that Jesus was rebuking, and why would Jesus tell them it's not for them to know if it was going to happen in their lifetime?
